Persimmon VODKA belongs to the national drinks of Azerbaijan and is produced according to classic recipes. Persimmon vodka MEY is produced in the famous Azerbaijani region of Shamkir, located on the Lesser Caucasus Ranges, on the Kura lowland. Excellent quality is ensured by careful selection of raw materials. After pre-treatment of the fruit, the mass of the squeezed persimmon is brought to fermentation. MEY is obtained by double distillation in a German-made Charente-type limbeck and cooling.
