CORNEL VODKA belongs to the national drinks of Azerbaijan and is produced according to classical recipes. Cornelian vodka MEY is produced in the famous Azerbaijani region of Shamkir, located on the Lesser Caucasus Ranges, on the Kura lowland. The cornelian fruits, freed from stones, are kept in special containers and, with the addition of yeast, are brought to fermentation. After double distillation in a German-made Charente-type limbeck and cooling, the MEY drink is obtained.
