MULBERRY VODKA belongs to the national drinks of Azerbaijan and is produced according to classic recipes. MEY mulberry vodka is produced in the famous Azerbaijani region of Shamkir, located on the Lesser Caucasus Ranges, on the Kura lowland. In the production of this drink from many varieties of mulberry, exclusively black and white mulberry fruits are used, which most closely meet the high quality requirements of raw materials. The squeezed juice is brought to fermentation with the help of artificial yeast. After double distillation in a German-made Charente-type still and chilling, Mey is obtained.
